New: Webhooks: post.published, post.failed (one per network) and connection.reauth_required, signed with HMAC-SHA256, retried for two days, with a delivery log and a test button. On every plan. Docs: /docs/webhooks/.

New: Public status page at /status/ (and /api/status): the API, the MCP server, scheduled publishing, and the delivery success rate of each network over 30 days, counted live from production.

New: This changelog, with an RSS feed.

Improved: Every network option is documented in the OpenAPI spec (NetworkOptions): TikTok privacy, duet, stitch, comments, disclosure and AI label; YouTube privacy, tags, thumbnail and AI label; Instagram and Facebook post type and trial reels; LinkedIn first comment and documents; alt text.

Improved: Rate limits answer 429 with code rate_limited and a Retry-After header.

Fixed: options.youtube.privacy now wins over the privacy saved for the channel: a video sent as public to a channel saved as private went out private.

New: 3-day Pro trial, offered after the first published post.

Changed: Free plan for new accounts: 20 posts a month, 2 networks per post and 3 scheduled posts at a time. Every network still connects, and the AI still writes a version for each. Networks or posts over the limit are kept as held and go out after an upgrade; they are never dropped silently. Accounts created before the change keep the old limits until 1 November.

Improved: Telegram and Discord connections are checked when they are connected and in the health check, so a revoked bot token or a deleted Discord webhook shows up before a post fails.

Fixed: The MCP server answers clients that only accept JSON. They used to get a 406 and could not call any tool.

Fixed: A LinkedIn first comment that fails is retried on its own later; the post is never sent twice.

Fixed: Ids that are not valid answer 404 not_found instead of a database error.

Improved: The MCP tool schedule_post takes privacy. TikTok and YouTube posts scheduled from Claude used to go out private.

Improved: OpenAPI documents per_platform drafts, options, brand_id and idempotency_key on POST /api/post, and lists only networks that can be connected.

Fixed: Hashtags that mix Latin and look-alike Cyrillic letters are folded to Latin.

Fixed: Dashboard first run: errors shown next to the button, plan buttons and the queue fit on phones.

New: Uploads up to 1 GB: large files go up in parts and come back as one media_url.

New: Account endpoints: /api/account, /api/usage, /api/plan, /api/billing and /api/connections.

Improved: Publishing can no longer run out of time. A large YouTube or TikTok upload continues on the next run instead of failing.

Improved: Instagram videos publish in two phases, so a slow Reel is no longer failed while Instagram is still processing it.

Improved: Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive share links become direct file links. A link that cannot work says why.

Fixed: POST /api/generate reads the fields n8n sends.

New: AI-content labels: options.tiktok.ai_generated and options.youtube.ai_generated.

New: Instagram trial reels: options.instagram.trial_reel.

Improved: PNG, WebP and AVIF photos are converted to JPEG automatically for Instagram and TikTok.

Fixed: Instagram carousels: items upload in parallel, and a post Instagram did publish is no longer reported as failed after a timeout.

New: What works: your best posts against your own median, the patterns behind them, and Replicate to write new posts modelled on a winner (/api/insights).

New: Multi-image posts: Instagram carousels, TikTok photo posts, Bluesky and Mastodon image sets with alt text, LinkedIn multi-image and document posts.

New: OAuth 2.1 sign-in for the MCP server, so PostWire works as a Claude and ChatGPT connector, and six new MCP tools (plan_week, list_brands, create_brand, create_upload_link, get_uploaded_file, get_upgrade_link).

New: LinkedIn first comment (options.linkedin.first_comment), for links that should not sit in the post.

New: Per-post numbers collected daily for Bluesky, Mastodon, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.

New: Brands: accounts grouped by brand, each with its handle and picture, and moving a connection between brands.

Improved: Bluesky and Mastodon credentials are checked with the network before they are saved.

Improved: Get started: write the drafts for each network before connecting anything.
