PostWire for Zapier · beta

Connect PostWire to 7,000+ apps with Zapier

A new row in a sheet, a new blog post, a new video in Drive, a new product in your store: any Zapier trigger becomes a post on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram or Discord. No code, no server.

The app is in beta: the invite adds PostWire to your Zapier account. Free on both sides to start.

Set it up in three steps

  1. Accept the inviteOpen the invite link and accept it. A free Zapier account works.
  2. Paste your PostWire keyIn a Zap, pick PostWire as the action. Zapier asks for your API key once: it is in your dashboard, under API & MCP.
  3. Map the fields, turn it onPick the networks, map the text (or a link to a video or image) from your trigger, test, publish the Zap.

Six Zaps worth building

The first four are a trigger plus one PostWire action: that runs on Zapier's free plan (two-step Zaps, 100 tasks a month). The last two use a Filter step, which Zapier keeps for paid plans.

Google Sheets · New rowSchedule a Post

A content calendar in a spreadsheet

Write the month in a sheet: text, date, a link to the image or video. Every new row is queued for its date on the networks you picked.

Already have the whole month in a CSV? The dashboard's bulk upload does it without Zapier.

WordPress · New postWrite and Publish

Announce every blog post, written per network

Send the title and link as the idea. PostWire writes a LinkedIn post, a Bluesky post and a Facebook post that each fit their network, then publishes them.

For a plain RSS feed, PostWire's own RSS feeds (Automate in the dashboard) do this with no Zap.

Google Drive · New file in folderPublish

Drop a video in a folder, it goes to TikTok, Reels and Shorts

Map the file's link into Video URL and a caption into Text. Drive and Dropbox share links are turned into the direct file for you.

The folder has to be shared with "anyone with the link", or PostWire cannot fetch the file.

Shopify · New productWrite and Publish

Every new product, announced with its photo

Product name, price and link become the idea; the product image goes in Image URL. Instagram and Facebook get the photo, LinkedIn and Bluesky the text and link.

Works the same with WooCommerce, Gumroad or Etsy triggers.

Slack · New message in channelPublish

Post from a team channel

A #to-post channel: whatever goes in it is published as written. Add a Filter step to publish only messages with a given emoji or prefix.

Without the Filter it is a two-step Zap and runs on the free plan; every message in the channel is then published.

Any triggerFind Account

Check before you post

Find Account returns your plan, posts used this month and connected networks, so a Zap can stop before it runs out of posts.

Every Publish result also says how many networks it published to, so a later step can alert you when one failed.

PublishPublishes text you already wrote to one or more networks. Longer than a network allows: trimmed to fit, not rejected.Networks, Text, Video URL, Image URL, Brand

Before you build

  • The app is in beta, by invite. Your Zaps keep working when it becomes public; there is nothing to migrate.
  • Connect your networks in PostWire first. Zapier only sends the post; the accounts live in your PostWire dashboard.
  • A post counts once per network: one idea sent to three networks uses three of your monthly posts. Zapier counts its own tasks separately.
  • TikTok and YouTube need a video; Instagram needs a video or an image. Text-only networks still publish when the media is missing.

Questions

Is PostWire on Zapier?
Yes, as a beta app you add with an invite link. Open the invite once, accept it, and PostWire appears in Zapier's editor with three actions: Publish, Write and Publish, and Schedule a Post.
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
No. A Zap with one trigger and one PostWire action runs on Zapier's free plan, within Zapier's own monthly task limit. PostWire's free plan publishes 20 posts a month to up to 2 networks per post.
Can Zapier post a video from Google Drive to TikTok?
Yes, through PostWire: map the file's link into Video URL. Google Drive and Dropbox share links are turned into the direct file link for you; the file has to be shared with anyone who has the link.
Does the same text go to every network?
With Publish, yes, trimmed to each network's limit. With Write and Publish, PostWire writes a separate post for each network from one idea, with that network's length, tone and hashtags.
I use n8n or Make instead.
n8n has a PostWire community node (n8n workflows). In Make, the HTTP module calls the same API: set it up step by step, or see every field.
