PostWire lets you delete your data and revoke any connected social media account at any time. We honor deletion requests for all data we hold, including OAuth tokens for platforms you connected (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube).
In your dashboard, disconnect any platform. This immediately revokes and deletes the stored OAuth token for that platform.
To delete your full account and all associated data — account details, all connected-platform tokens, content metadata, and usage logs — send a request from your account email to privacy@postwire.io with the subject "Delete my account".
We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when complete. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Once revoked, PostWire can no longer access your Facebook Page or Instagram account, and the stored token is purged from our systems.
If you remove PostWire's access from within any other connected platform (e.g. revoking the app in your TikTok or Google account settings), the corresponding token stops working immediately and is purged from our systems.
