These Terms govern your use of PostWire ("PostWire", "we", "us"), an API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) service that lets you and your AI agents publish and schedule content to third-party social media platforms you connect. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
PostWire provides a REST API and MCP server that act on your behalf to publish content to social media platforms you explicitly connect (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord). We only perform actions you initiate through the API or MCP tools.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
When you connect a platform, your use of that platform remains governed by that platform's own terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring your content and use comply with each connected platform's rules, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Terms, Meta's Platform Terms, and YouTube's Terms of Service and API Services Terms. PostWire is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms.
You agree not to use PostWire to publish content that is illegal, infringing, spam, deceptive, or that violates a connected platform's policies. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, resell access without authorization, or use the service to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain all rights to the content you submit. You grant PostWire a limited license to transmit and publish that content to the platforms you direct us to, solely to provide the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard's billing portal; changes take effect at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Social platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time, which can affect availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostWire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination we revoke and delete stored platform tokens as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
