These Terms govern your use of PostWire ("PostWire", "we", "us"), an API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) service that lets you and your AI agents publish and schedule content to third-party social media platforms you connect. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
PostWire provides a REST API and MCP server that act on your behalf to publish content to social media platforms you explicitly connect (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord). We only perform actions you initiate through the API or MCP tools.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
When you connect a platform, your use of that platform remains governed by that platform's own terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring your content and use comply with each connected platform's rules, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Terms, Meta's Platform Terms, and YouTube's Terms of Service and API Services Terms. PostWire is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms.
You agree not to use PostWire to publish content that is illegal, infringing, spam, deceptive, or that violates a connected platform's policies. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, resell access without authorization, or use the service to harm others. Opening several free accounts to get around the free plan's limits (for example with throwaway email addresses, or the same social account in several free workspaces) is not allowed. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You may not use PostWire, its API, its MCP server or its integrations to build, train, benchmark for resale or operate a competing social publishing service, to resell or white-label access to the API without a written agreement with us, or to copy or extract our prompts, generated post formats, documentation or data at scale (for example by automated scraping or by sending requests designed to reveal how the service works internally). Integrating PostWire into your own product, agency or workflow to publish for yourself and your clients is welcome; this clause covers reselling and cloning the service, not using it. We may suspend or close accounts and revoke API keys that do this.
You retain all rights to the content you submit. You grant PostWire a limited license to transmit and publish that content to the platforms you direct us to, solely to provide the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled, monthly or yearly (yearly at 20% off the monthly price). You can upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel at any time from your dashboard; a plan or billing-period change is prorated by Stripe at once, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The free trial is one per person and per payment card.
14-day refund. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment on a paid plan, we refund that payment in full — monthly or yearly — write to us through the support form from the email on your account. This applies once per plan per account. Outside that window, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Plans sold as "unlimited posts" (Pro, Agency, Scale) are subject to fair use, and these are the only limits; they apply per workspace, are enforced by the service, and are published at postwire.io/pricing/#fair-use. A post counts once per network it is published to.
A sudden spike — more posts in one hour than 10 times the workspace's usual hour — pauses publishing until that hour ends. A limit that is reached stops only what is over it, says so with the number and when it resets, and never deletes anything. If your use needs more, write to us and we will tell you what it would take before anything changes.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Social platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time, which can affect availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostWire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination we revoke and delete stored platform tokens as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
