Client approval tool for social media agencies: clients approve from a link, no account

Short answer. On PostWire each client approves each network's version of a post from one signed link, with no account and no password, and nothing is published before it is approved. It is on Pro ($29 a month, 10 client brands) and Agency ($99, 50 client brands, full white label), and Agency is $59 a month for the first 12 months with Agency Founding 20.

Agency Founding 20: the Agency plan at $59 a month for the first 12 months (then $99), for the first 20 agencies.

How a client approves

  1. You or your team write the posts for a client brand, one version per network.
  2. The client gets one link (by email, or the brand's 30-day client link). No account, no password.
  3. They approve or ask for changes network by network; a post that waits for approval is not published.
  4. Approved posts go out on schedule, and the month's results go in the client's report (Pro and up).

Approval rules can also hold posts by source, network, or when a post has a link, a price or a listed word. More in the client approval workflow guide.

What PostWire does not do

Before you move 50 clients, what is missing today:

  • No LinkedIn company Pages. LinkedIn publishes to a personal profile, text posts.
  • No Threads, Pinterest, Reddit or Google Business Profile. PostWire publishes to TikTok, Instagram (business and creator accounts), Facebook Pages, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram and Discord.
  • No custom domain. Client links open on postwire.io, and approval emails go out from postwire.io's sending domain, with your agency's name as the sender and your reply-to address.
  • The networks' own sign-in screens say PostWire when a client connects an account: that screen belongs to TikTok, Meta or Google, not to us.
  • No social inbox. PostWire writes, schedules, publishes and reports; it does not collect comments and DMs in one place.
  • The founding price has two smaller numbers for its 12 months: 100 X (Twitter) credits a month instead of 600, and a smaller monthly AI writing budget. Everything else is the Agency plan.

Questions people ask

What is the best client approval tool for a social media agency?

One where the client approves from a link without creating an account, and that is priced for many clients. On PostWire, from Pro ($29, 10 brands) each client approves each network's version from a signed link; Agency ($99, 50 brands, 25 approvers per brand) adds the full white label. Agency Founding 20 is $59 a month for the first 12 months.

Does the client need an account to approve posts?

No. On PostWire the client opens a signed link and approves or asks for changes, network by network.

Which plans include approvals on other tools?

On their pricing pages: Later Growth ($37.50 a month billed yearly, Oct 8, 2026), CoSchedule Professional ($59, Oct 14, 2026), Loomly Starter ($65, Oct 9, 2026), ContentStudio Advanced ($69, Oct 15, 2026) and Hootsuite Advanced ($399 per user a month billed yearly, Sept 26, 2026). Blotato's FAQ says it has no built-in approvals.

Can a post go out before the client approves it?

No. A post waiting for approval is held and not published until a person approves it.
