Post for multiple clients from one account: a brand per client

Create one brand per client in a single PostWire account, send each client a connect link that puts their own accounts into their brand, and pick the brand when you write: the post goes only to that client's accounts. Each brand keeps its own approval rules, so a client can approve their posts from a link without an account. Pro is $29 a month for 10 brands and Agency $99 for 50, every network included.

No logging in and out of client accounts, no passwords shared: the client signs in to each network on the network's own page, once.

Updated . Written from PostWire's own code; vendor prices read on Oct 7, 2026. Live networks: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn (personal profiles), Facebook Pages, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord, and X on paid plans.

Set up your clients, step by step

  1. Create the account

Open postwire.io/dashboard.html, type your email and press Create my free account; PostWire emails a link to confirm the address. No password and no card. Brands per plan: Free 1, Starter 3, Pro 10, Agency 50, Scale 200. See every plan on the pricing page.

  2. Make one brand per client

In Accounts, press + New brand and name it after the client's business. The bar shows how many brands your plan has left. Through the API it is POST /api/brands; an AI agent uses the MCP tool create_brand.

  3. Send the client a connect link

Pick the client's brand in Accounts and press Generate connect link (the Invite a client to connect card). The link works for one hour and can connect several networks one after another: the client signs in on each network's own page and their accounts land in their brand. Instagram connects through the Facebook Page linked to your Business or Creator account, and if several are linked you pick which one. Through the API: POST /api/connect-link with brand_id; through MCP: create_connect_link with brand_id.

  4. Write for one client at a time

In Compose, choose the client under Brand — "whose accounts this goes to" — and the targets become that brand's accounts. Write the posts gives a version per network; Add to queue or Publish now. From the API, n8n or an agent, send brand_id with the post; if a network is connected in two brands and no brand_id is sent, PostWire refuses instead of guessing.

  5. Let each client approve their own posts

In Approvals → Rules, each brand has its own card: switch on Require approval for the clients who want to sign off and add their email under Other approvers (Pro 5 per brand, Agency 25). The full workflow: client approval workflow.

  6. Give your team only the clients they handle

In Settings & plan → Team, invite teammates with a role and pick their brands: an editor limited to two clients sees and posts only to those. Pro has 25 seats.

What a brand holds: its connected accounts and its approval rules; its posts are listed per brand in the queue, and run_at: "next_slot" picks the earliest weekly slot no other waiting post of that brand uses. Brands API: docs.

What 10 clients cost

PostWire prices per business, not per channel or per person: 10 clients on every network are $29 a month on Pro, with 25 team seats and 5 client approvers per brand; 50 clients are $99 on Agency. Posts on Pro are unlimited (fair use: 10,000 a month, 500 a day). See pricing.

What it does not do

  • A connect link lasts one hour; after that, generate a new one.
  • The connect and approval pages carry PostWire's name; there is no white-label domain.
  • No client-facing reports: PostWire ranks your own posts against each account's median (What works), but does not build branded reports for clients.
  • PostWire does not answer comments or DMs.

Questions people ask

Can I manage several clients' social media from one account?

Yes. In PostWire each client is a brand inside one account, with its own connected accounts and approval rules. Pro holds 10 brands for $29 a month, Agency 50 for $99.

Do I need my clients' passwords?

No. Send each client a connect link: they sign in on each network's own page and the accounts land in their brand. PostWire never sees a password, and neither do you.

How do I make sure a post goes to the right client?

Pick the client's brand in Compose (or send brand_id through the API); only that brand's accounts are targets. If the same network is connected in two brands and no brand is named, PostWire refuses the post instead of guessing.

Can each client approve their own posts?

Yes, from Pro: add the client's email as an approver on their brand and each waiting post reaches them as a private link, no account needed. Pro allows 5 approvers per brand.

Can a teammate see only some clients?

Yes. Editors, contributors, approvers and viewers can be limited to some brands; they see and act only on those.

How much does it cost for 10 clients?

$29 a month on Pro: 10 brands, every network in each post, unlimited posts (fair use 10,000 a month), 25 seats. 20% off billed yearly; 14-day refund.
